In other words, fats are toxins as well and should be gotten rid of.

Second: lack of vitamins. Vitamins are necessary nutrients. For one, they help boost our immune system. With a strong immune system, we don’t get sick that easily. Vitamins are also useful antioxidants. This means that they will prevent the process of oxizidation caused by toxins that will damage our cells over time. With the presence of vitamins and minerals in our bloodstream, the damage caused by the toxins that we have ingested will be reversed and even eliminated if we decide to follow a life of health and wellness.
